Workman has been appointed by Sun Venture as property manager for 120 Moorgate, its latest London acquisition.
Recently, an investment firm acquired a 113,000 sq. ft asset. This makes it its third investment in prime Central London properties, following the acquisition of 1 New Oxford Street and 1 & 2 New Ludgate, as reported by Property Week.
The building is home to WeWork, Barclays Bank, and gym operator Third Space. It will benefit from the new Elizabeth Line at Moorgate Station. Workman, appointed by Sun Venture, is thrilled to collaborate on this exceptional property.
