Workman is the UK’s largest independent commercial property management and building consultancy firm. The KanAm Grund Group appoints them as property manager on 4 North St Andrew Street in the centre and financial sector of Edinburgh.
About the KanAm Grund Group
The KanAm Grund Group recently acquired the 41,140 sq. ft. BREEAM sustainability certified office building following its complete refurbishment in 2019. The new appointment complements Workman’s existing property management remit across several multi-let offices. These include iconic office and development park, Skypark; Atrium Court in Waterloo Street and 90 St Vincent Street in Glasgow.
In Edinburgh, Workman’s office space management portfolio also includes:
- The Stamp Office in Waterloo Place;
- The CBRE Global Investors’ prestigious office asset at 7 Castle Street;
- the Blackrock-owned asset at 101 George Street and Sonas House, located at Titanium Business Park, Renfrew, close to Braehead Shopping Centre.
These properties are part of Workman’s extensive office space management portfolio.
