Our Occupier Services Team provides facilities management solutions to occupiers which enhance the quality of workplace environment they enjoy, by directly managing services within their occupied space.

By offering this ‘whole building’ approach, key aspects of the building’s operations can be optimised, including; creating efficiencies in FM operations, delivering an enhanced customer experience throughout the whole building and better collaboration to jointly achieve ESG targets.

Covering a range of FM services such as M&E, security, cleaning and repairs & maintenance, we currently manage of 500,000 sq. ft of space for corporate occupiers. The exceptional service performance standards, implemented through our central service desk with local support, ensure the quality of service and response times corporate customers expect.
