Our team of more than 700 professionals, including 51 Partners, specialise in various disciplines across property management, building surveying, accounting and business management.

We manage more than 4,300 properties with a capital value of approximately £20 billion; care for 20,000+ occupiers, collect more than £1.8 billion per year in rent and manage more than 1,400 service charge budgets, with budgeted expenditure in excess of £250 million per year.

In Building Consultancy our team of more than 100 commercial property surveyors provide clients with professional surveying services, project management capabilities and due diligence advice, including pre-acquisition surveys and development monitoring.

Workman’s Building Consultancy team was engaged as project manager and employers representative/ fund monitoring surveyors to undertake a feasibility exercise and obtain planning permission for extending, altering and converting the existing office premises into a 718-bed hotel, including a food and beverage offering at ground and basement levels, as part of a pre-let scheme.
