Our Bristol Property Management team recently hosted Legal & General Investment Management (LGIM) on an exclusive tour of the fund’s properties nestled within Cardiff.

Over an exhilarating eight-hour adventure, covering at least 13,000 steps, the team showcased seven of Workman’s remarkable instructions, including the magnificent new Legal & General Cardiff HQ.

A real highlight for the teams was access to two BBC properties, where popular TV programmes are filmed, including the infamous Doctor Who. The visitors were granted privileged access to witness the behind-the-scenes magic of sound recording, editing, and production processes that bring these extraordinary shows to life.
