Our Abigail Ayley, Apprentice Management Surveyor in Workman’s London Retail & Leisure team has been awarded a prize by The University College of Estate Management (UCEM) for the best performing student in her year for the 22/23 degree course.
“This means that Abigail achieved the highest marks of any student on her course, which is a fantastic achievement,” said Gareth Soar, Partner and Head of Retail & Leisure at Workman.
Abigail Ayley joined us on the Workman Apprenticeship Scheme in 2019.
Earlier this month, Abigail (pictured below right) attended a prize-giving ceremony at the UCEM, where she was presented with her award and certificate of achievement by Ashley Wheaton HonRICS, Vice Chancellor at UCEM (pictured below left).
