Last week our London Retail & Leisure team toured two prestigious assets under Workman management: The Royal Exchange and St Christopher’s Place.
Led by Gareth Soar, Partner and Head of Retail & Leisure, the tour began just off Oxford Street at St Christopher’s Place, before the team made their way to The Royal Exchange.
The afternoon finished with a chance to socialise in the stylish Libertine bar and restaurant, run by the Incipio Group in the vaults beneath The Royal Exchange.
“This was a great opportunity to showcase the hard work being carried out by our Property Management and onsite teams, especially our Centre Managers James Wall at St Christopher’s Place and Janet Leatherland at The Royal Exchange, who provided very informative and entertaining tours of their respective schemes,” Gareth said.
