Our Health and Safety team come from diverse industry backgrounds with different areas of health & safety expertise including; previous enforcement officers, water and asbestos specialisms, and facilities, property and shopping centre management roles.
Continuous training and support for our teams
Training to all employees is undertaken either through our on-line system ‘WorkmanOnline’, face to face classroom sessions, localised or national meetings or through on-site attendance. All training provided by the firm is recorded on WorkmanOnline and is mandatory to employee’s roles. Refresher training is ongoing to ensure teams are kept up to date on any changes in process, policy or legislation.
Real-time dashboard reporting for clients and management teams
We use several online management systems including Quooda, Meridian and Riskwise to maintain compliance records which provide remote access to process tasks, risks and all relevant statutory and risk management documentation. These systems also provide dashboard client reporting to provide real-time analysis of the status f the health & safety regime of each asset.
