Workman has expanded its HR team, with newly created strategic appointments in HR Operations and Learning & Development, as reported by CoStar News. The appointments reinforce an ongoing commitment to delivering exceptional employee experience and operational excellence, within a strong culture of long-term talent development.
Hannah Stacey joins as HR Operations Manager, leading the firm’s newly formed HR Operations team.
This centralised function brings together HR and payroll administration into a streamlined service — the operational engine room supporting our full employee lifecycle. Hannah is focused on delivering a high-quality, efficient HR service, while driving continuous improvement across onboarding, payroll, expenses, and employee benefits. With a strong background in operations, Hannah brings the expertise needed to embed best practices and ensure scalable, future-ready HR support that enhances our employee experience.
Debbie Hayler joins as Learning and Development (L&D) Manager, responsible for shaping and delivering our group-wide L&D strategy.
Debbie will play a pivotal role in advancing our talent development agenda by building on the success of our graduate and apprenticeship programmes and creating impactful learning opportunities for all colleagues. With deep expertise in L&D and experience in fast-paced, people-focused environments, Debbie brings a fresh perspective to supporting leadership growth and career development at every level of the business.
These appointments mark a further step in Workman’s continued investment in people and organisational development. By expanding its HR team and introducing these two specialist roles, the firm is laying strong foundations for the future — enabling both operational excellence and a culture of continuous learning and growth.
Charlotte Bradley, Head of HR, said:
“We are excited to welcome Hannah and Debbie into our growing HR team. Their expertise and insight will be instrumental as we continue to evolve and enhance our people strategy. These appointments reflect our commitment to a progressive professional environment, and a culture where colleagues are supported to grow, develop, and succeed throughout their careers at Workman.”
