Background
An initiative led by the client and delivered by Workman working with smart software specialists SmartSpaces, this hi-tech voice-control enabled automaton has been deployed in a key customer service role at the new office building.

The 91,700 sq ft multi-let One Hyde Park Hayes is a smart-enabled building, designed for integration with new technology and connectivity, and the inclusion of a robot receptionist seamlessly integrates people and tech, providing a fully connected customer experience.

Heidi can manage the visitor entry system, signing guests in and out of the building, and communicating arrivals and departures to occupiers.
