Workman has appointed Dallas Craik as Head of Residential to lead the strategic and operational management of the firm’s residential and mixed-use property portfolio, as reported by Property Week, Green Street News and BE News.
As Workman continues to develop its property management service, the appointment of Dallas represents a significant step in the firm’s residential and mixed-use property management capabilities. With more than a decade of experience managing some of London’s most prestigious developments, Dallas brings deep expertise in residential and mixed-use property management, compliance, and occupier engagement to strengthen Workman’s position in the growing mixed-use investment sector.
Dallas joins from PBM Property Management, where he served as Divisional Head of Property Management, overseeing residential and mixed-use developments across London. His extensive experience encompasses complex, large-scale schemes such as Islington’s 250 City Road and Television Centre, White City.
In this newly created role, Dallas will build and lead an in-house residential and mixed-use management team, ensuring best-in-class service delivery across Workman’s managed portfolio. His responsibilities will encompass strategic leadership, operational compliance, client management, and driving process improvements through technology and industry best practices.
Dallas’s appointment comes at a pivotal time as Workman continues to invest in specialist talent across the business. Earlier this year, the firm welcomed Amy Farr as Head of Building Safety and Construction Compliance, and recently appointed three strategic divisional leads in Building Consultancy to ensure close alignment with clients’ commercial goals.
Dallas Craik, Head of Residential, said:
“I’m thrilled to join Workman at such an exciting time in the firm’s evolution. The opportunity to build and lead a residential and mixed-use team from the ground up, while working with some of the industry’s most respected professionals, is incredibly compelling.
“Workman’s commitment to excellence and client-focused approach aligns perfectly with my vision for delivering exceptional property management services. I look forward to developing innovative solutions that enhance occupier experience, while driving operational efficiency across our mixed-use portfolio.”
Gareth Soar, Head of Retail & Leisure Property Management, said:
“Dallas’s appointment marks a significant milestone in our residential and mixed-use property management journey. His proven track record at prestigious developments, combined with his expertise in Building Safety Act compliance and team leadership, makes him the ideal candidate to spearhead our residential and mixed-use operations.
“Dallas’s experience with iconic developments like Television Centre and 250 City Road demonstrates his ability to handle complex, high-profile assets. We’re delighted to welcome him to the team and look forward to the fresh perspective and innovative approach he’ll bring to our service delivery.”
Dallas holds multiple professional qualifications including RICS Associate Level membership, Institute of Workplace Facilities Management membership, the Property Institute – Member level, and NEBOSH National Fire Safety Certificate Level 6. He is currently pursuing a Law degree at Birkbeck University and working toward his NEBOSH National General Certificate.
