Workman Retail takes third place in the league table for ‘Top 5 Managing Agents – Retail Warehousing’ in the UK according to the latest edition of the retail investors’ bible ‘The Definitive Guide to Retail & Leisure Parks 2017’ from Trevor Wood Associates.
In the same survey, The Swan Centre in Eastleigh, managed by Workman, owned by Ellandi, is recognised as one of the top five leisure schemes in the UK.
Further strengthening Workman Retail’s position, in sister publication ‘Going Shopping 2017: The definitive guide to shopping centres’ Workman’s specialist retail team maintained its strong third place in the national league table of managing agents for shopping centres.
