Workman has been appointed by Sager House Almeida to provide property management services at London’s Islington Square, as reported by Completely Retail News.

Workman’s team of property management experts will work alongside asset managers Sovereign Centros to ensure that the impressive scheme, located on Islington’s vibrant Upper Street, continues to attract the most prestigious occupiers.

Currently, the scheme’s retail and leisure operators include: luxurious health club, Third Space; underground six-screen Odeon Luxe & Dine; a Heal’s pop-up, Megan’s, Anthropologie and A.P.C., all set within a leafy public realm, encompassing multiple seating areas.

With history dating back to the early 1900s, the grand red-brick former sorting office – originally constructed by the General Post Office – now welcomes the entire community into the 170,000 sq. ft scheme.

James Simpson, Partner at Workman, said:

We are very much looking forward to working alongside Sovereign Centros and Sager House Almeida to highlight the very best aspects of this much-loved asset, ensuring it performs to the top of its potential.
