A WHOLE-BUILDING APPROACH

Our Occupier Services Team provides solutions to landlords and occupiers which enhance the quality of environment the occupiers enjoy, by directly managing services within their occupied space, in addition managing the common areas.

By offering this ‘whole building’ approach, key aspects of the asset’s operations can be optimised, including; creating efficiencies in FM operations, delivering an enhanced customer experience throughout the whole building and better collaboration to jointly achieve ESG targets.

The core services delivered for occupiers typically include the full range of hard & soft facilities services but can be expanded to include wider workplace experience services to benefit occupiers’ staff.

The Occupier Services team offer two core solutions designed for different customer sectors and leasing types, both of which can be tailored for individual assets.

OUR MANAGED SPACE SERVICE

Our managed space offer enables investor clients to offer a fully outsourced, managed work place product to prospective occupiers, for a simple all-inclusive rent on flexible lease terms.

Delivered in partnership with Kitt, a leading London-based managed office provider that delivers inspiring workplaces and outstanding customer service for occupiers, the solution combines our experience in delivering cost effective hard & soft operational services, with Kitt’s flex leasing and marketing expertise in the London office market. We will also collaborate to design and fit out the kind of inspiring workspaces occupiers now demand.

OUR WORK SPACE SERVICE

Aimed at owner-occupiers or tenants on traditional FRI leases, our Occupier Services team provide core operational FM services to provide a fully out-sourced work space FM solution, directly for occupiers.

Covering a range of FM services such as M&E, security, cleaning and repairs & maintenance, we currently manage of 500,000 sq.ft of space for corporate occupiers. The exceptional service performance standards, implemented through our central service desk with local support, ensure the quality of service and response times corporate customers expect.
