Project Management and Contract Administration
We successfully completed the full refurbishment of this 100,000+ sq.ft. office building, including external cladding repairs.
The project included the CAT A refurbishment of 11 floors of office accommodation, including common areas, the conversion of ground floor space into occupier amenities including a gym and café and the installation of new curtain walling.
The project management team coordinated works within a part-occupied building while minimising disruption and assisted the negotiation of Agreement for Leases and occupier fit-out applications as well as obtaining freeholder and statutory consents.
