We provided management input into the development of this new retail park and subsequently took over management post-completion from the development team.

The Workman team advises on the design and finishes, specifying and tendering the site services, recruited Centre Manager, developed an appropriate marketing plan to support the launch and managed the retailer fit-out process to ensure quality and consistency, with leading retailers including John Lewis and M&S.
