Planned Preventative Maintenance Programme


The Building Consultancy team prepared a condition survey and Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) programme for this iconic Grade I listed concert hall.

The recommended programme had to avoid any impact on the venue’s operations and comply with specific guidance by Westminster City Council and Historic England. It provided detailed budget costs over a 20-year period to enable budgeting of future liabilities including funding reserves.
