Scope

Planned Preventative Maintenance

Summary

We created a comprehensive 10-year Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) programme for this 300,000 sq. ft. mixed retail and leisure scheme encompassing building fabric, common parts, car park and service areas.

The Building Consultancy, Centre Management and Property Management teams collaborated to identify areas of direct recovery from occupiers and areas of landlord’s responsibility as well as detailed service charge budget forecasts.

The Building Consultancy team were subsequently retained to implement the on-going programme including specification of works, contract administration, CDM and Principal Designer services.
