Summary

We successfully completed this part rebuild/ part refurbishment project of a £35m project ahead of programme and within budget.

A 189,000 sq ft Grade II listed former office and warehouse had not been occupied for more than 50 years and had been partially damaged by a fire during planning.

The successful completion of the project within schedule, the first to be completed on the NOMA estate, enabled the completion of a pre-let of the office accommodation to Amazon and won a hat-trick of awards from the RICS, BCO and Insider North West.
