SUMMARY

Since the Council acquired the asset on a long lease in 2019, we have continued to assist the repositioning of Croxley as a leading business park destination.

This has been done through implementing a comprehensive placemaking programme including events, fitness and wellbeing offers, and park-wide initiatives while engaging with occupiers throughout the process. In addition, we have worked with the Council to plan and implement an ongoing programme of Park improvements and project manage the re-development of one of the office buildings within the Park.
