Workman was instructed to set up a comprehensive management and service charge regime to support in the letting of void space following an extensive refurbishment.

Having successfully managed the handover post-practical completion from the project team, we employed a full-time building manager and concierge service to enhance the occupier experience and service contracts were procured in line with our Procurement Framework. This ensured the quality of services needed for the Grade A space was provided while delivering value for money for existing and future occupiers.
