This is achieved by providing them with the support, training and encouragement they need to develop their careers and excel in their chosen field.
This starts with an induction day to help all our new employees feel welcome and give them a broad understanding of the firm’s business and how we operate, and continues throughout their careers with regular internal and external training.
All our employees have the opportunity to pursue a professional qualification related to their job (including RICS, AAT, ACCA, CIPD) with a dedicated training officer on hand to provide guidance and assistance. We offer a study support package which includes financial support and time off to study.
We also encourage employees who already hold a professional qualification to attend both in-house and external briefings and seminars as part of their commitment to CPD and Lifelong Learning.
We like to ensure that our people advance and we encourage promotion from within. The majority of our senior employees have progressed from more junior positions including some Partners who initially joined us as graduates.
