The salaries we offer are competitive and everyone has a salary review at least once a year. In addition, all employees are also included in a discretionary bonus scheme which takes into account personal performance.
We operate a Flexible Benefits scheme which gives all employees the opportunity to gain the maximum advantage from their package by giving them the freedom to tailor it to suit their individual preferences. Employees can choose from a wide range of benefits, including the Government initiated Cycle to Work scheme, to suit their own circumstances.
