Our property management and building consultancy teams have been recognised for their achievements in the Hermes RPI Awards 2018.

The awards ceremony included insight from a panel of placemaking experts spanning the arenas of public policy, academia, property development and real estate. Also, this was introduced by Chris Taylor, CEO of Hermes Real Estate, with chairing by Tatiana Bosteels, Head of RPI at Hermes Real Estate.

How we did

Workman won awards in the following categories;

  • Best Property won by Chiswick Tower;
  • Best Community Engagement Initiative won by Round Foundry, Marshalls Mill;
  • Best RPI Refurbishment won by the team who worked on Hanover House, NOMA Manchester.

There were also excellent nominations for Plant NOMA in Manchester, Aldgate House for their work with Cycling Score and Step Jockey, as well as another Best Refurbishment nomination for 31 Great George Street in Bristol.

This is a fantastic achievement for the teams, overall. In addition, consider the fact that the awards cover a range of disciplines. Specifically, these include environmental performance, community engagement and project management. We feel this is a real testament to the knowledge, experience and skill of all who take part.
