We take the elements of risk to our client’s properties – and our own business – seriously. We have robust procedures and policies in place to mitigate risk and are highly accredited, giving our clients peace of mind that their property is in safe hands.

Workman is certified to OHSAS18001 Health & Safety Management and has been awarded the British Safety Council 5-Star Award in recognition of our high standard of safety management.

We have a dedicated health and safety unit of 11 specialist staff who provide support to our property management and on-site teams. The health and safety infrastructure we have developed provides;

Technical and statutory expertise
Health and safety training and advice to staff, delivered through external courses, in-house workshops and on-line training modules.

We also either provide or procure a wide range of risk assessments as needed.

A governance framework to ensure compliance
Our health and safety policy and detailed procedures are certified to OHSAS18001.

Real-time dashboard reporting for clients and management teams
Our management systems maintain compliance records of all managed properties.

At any given moment we are able to provide clients with a real-time report on a property’s health and safety status.
