Workman actively encourage sustainable working practices to minimise environmental impacts both in respect of our own business activities and when managing clients’ properties.

We take a robust approach to ensure that all instructions, both property management and building consultancy, implement, adhere to and share environmental best practice, meeting current legislative requirements and our clients’ own sustainability targets and procedures.

Workman provide a range of technical support to clients and to our internal teams and advise on supplier/ consultant selection, the interpretation of legislation and the pooling of knowledge and sharing best practice.

Our approach to sustainability is underpinned by our robust Environmental Policy and our in-house Environmental Management System which is certified to ISO 14001: 2015.

Through these mechanisms we measure our performance and set targets for improvement.
