As many of our clients continue to invest across Europe, they are seeking consistent levels of service across their portfolios.
In response to this demand, Workman has developed a European capability through a number of European-wide projects over the last 10 years and established a presence in France.
In 2007 Workman Turnbull was created with Turnbull Associates in Paris to combine our property management expertise with their technical and construction knowledge in France.
Workman then acquired Turnbull Associes in 2014 to merge the two business and provide the same combination of property management and building consultancy services as in the UK.
Since then Workman Turnbull’s international client base of institutional funds and property companies has grown to include CBRE Global Investors, Rockspring, M Seven, GLL Real Estate and Industrial Securities.
