Summary:

The property comprises office accommodation on eight floors totalling 126,440 square feet.

Workman was appointed to manage this brand new office development completed in 2006. The building was 80% let upon acquisition with the voids covered under rent/service charge guarantees. Several members of site staff are employed and managed by Workman Facilities Management. Workman ensured prompt collection of rents, reviewed all contract documentation, implemented the Service Charge budget, Health & Safety and Fire procedures, managed tenant issues, processed applications for consent and managed the rent/service charge guarantees. The premises is now over 90% let.

Workman Building Surveyors were also appointed to monitor the Defects Liability Period and subsequent storm damage during which Workman demonstrated the value of the close and quick interaction between their core skills of property management and building surveying.
