Workman Retail was instructed to advise on the redevelopment of Urmston Town Centre. Ask Developments Ltd, working in conjunction with Trafford Council, are redeveloping a 1960s shopping centre to create a Sainsburys Supermarket, a library, 28 retail units, 144 apartments, club premises, and a 476 space two level car park.

Workman Retail produced the future management strategy document and the service charge structure for this new multi use scheme, as well as advising on the management implications of the design and specification of the common areas and car park.
