Workman Retail was appointed to assist on the due diligence process during the purchase of The Printworks.

The Printworks was the first major urban leisure scheme in Europe. It totals over 350,000 square feet of night-clubs, bars, restaurants, a cinema and a gym, and is Manchester’s premier leisure venue.

Workman Retail’s role was to consider the structure and fabric, management and the service charge. Working closely with other retained specialist consultants as part of the acquisition team, Workman Retail helped Resolution to acquire the property for a sum significantly less than the original asking price.

Workman Retail were retained in a lead advisor capacity, overseeing the management and improvement of the scheme.
