Hammerson Plc/Bristol Alliance
Workman has been appointed by the Bristol Alliance (a joint venture between Hammerson and Land Securities) at Cabot Circus, Bristol and by Hammerson at their six regional centres including Bullring, Birmingham and The Oracle, Reading to provide a ‘one stop shop’ to deal with a wide range of asset management generated building consultancy work.
Unilever Pension Fund
Workman has been appointed by CBRE Investors in the management of the Unilever Pension Fund Property Portfolio comprising 39 assets with 275 tenancies throughout England.
New Appointment
Florence Faucheur has joined Workman as a Senior Property Manager in the Paris office having previously worked at BNP Paribas. Florence has been recruited to assist in the management of the growing property portfolio under management throughout France.

GLL Real Estate Partners
Workman has been appointed in the management of three prime office buildings in the centre of Paris by GLL Real Estate Partners. This is Workman’s first appointment on behalf of the Munich based Fund Manager.
Universities Superannuation Scheme
USS has appointed Workman in the management of their offices and retail warehouse and leisure property portfolios on a national basis, working closely with the newly appointed investment advisory teams.
Promotions
Workman is pleased to announce that Hedley Jones has accepted an invitation to join the Partnership with effect from 1st October. Hedley is a Building Surveyor in the Bristol office with specialist skills in the retail sector, including refurbishments, project management and retail delivery.
New Appointment
Davida Small has joined the firm as Systems Trainer within the Training Department based in the London office. Davida was previously employed in a similar role at CBRE.
Victory Services Club
The recently completed £3.5m refurbishment of the Centenary Wing has been formally opened by the Club’s Patron-in-chief, HRH The Duke of Edinburgh. Workman undertook the duties of Design and Project Managers.
