Whilst we encourage applications from those with specialist degrees in Estate Management and Building Surveying we also consider graduates with semi and non cognate degrees.
Workman offers graduates a structured training programme and financial support to assist in achieving Chartered status with the RICS. Each graduate is assigned to a Partner or Senior Associate who acts as a mentor throughout their training period whilst their progress is closely monitored and assessed by the firm’s training officer.
Graduates are encouraged to take on responsibility early on in their careers which, with the appropriate guidance and support, helps to build up their experience and confidence quickly and to demonstrate their abilities and suitability for promotion.
Our graduates take advantage of excellent study support packages which includes financial assistance and study leave.
