Senior Surveyor - Property Management (London)

We are seeking an individual with at least two years experience. The successful candidate will have responsibility for all aspects of property management including client liaison and reporting. The role will involve working as part of a team providing a comprehensive Property Management service on a mixed commercial, industrial and retail portfolio.

Environmental and Sustainability Coordinator (London)

We are seeking an experienced individual to fill this new position. The successful candidate will be responsible for co-ordinating the firm’s environmental commitments given in ISO14001, to include the recording of information, and the creation and management of the overall firm’s environmental management strategy to ensure retention of ISO14001.

Chartered Building Surveyors (London and Swindon)

We are seeking an individual with experience in a broad range of building surveying skills in both professional and construction related instructions. The successful candidate will join an expanding team of Chartered Building Surveyors working for blue chip clients on a large and mixed portfolio of properties in the retail, office and industrial sectors.

Health & Safety Advisor (Manchester)

We are seeking an individual with 1-2 years experience in all areas of health and safety with the relevant degree and working towards IOSH/NEBOSH qualifications. The successful candidate will assist with the development and management of H&S to all operational members of staff. They will also provide H&S advice and delivery of training. Responsibilities include keeping up to date with H&S practices and make necessary recommendations.

Junior Regional Facilities Manager (Glasgow)

We are seeking an enthusiastic individual for this new position to assist the our Property Managers and Facilities Managers in all aspects of day to day running of multi-let sites including dealing with contractors, site inspections, instructing works and setting/obtaining contracts and updating the HSSmart system. The successful applicant will have a good understanding of administrative procedures, able to work with others under direction and have good communications skills - no directly-related qualification necessary although a technical qualification would be advantageous.

Property Administrator (Glasgow)

We are seeking an individual for this new position with a background (around two years) in general or property administration to assist the Property Managers with administrative tasks relating to the properties under management. The successful applicant will have a good understanding of the administrative procedures, able to work with others under direction and have good communications skills - no directly-related qualification necessary although an administration qualification would be advantageous.
