Senior Surveyor - Property Management (London)
The successful candidate will have responsibility for all aspects of property management including client liaison and reporting. The role will involve working as part of a team providing a comprehensive Property Management service on a mixed commercial, industrial and retail portfolio.
Graduate Property Manager (London/Swindon)
Dealing with all aspects of portfolio management, and initially assisting a senior member of a Property Management team, this vacancy represents an exciting opportunity for the right candidate who would ideally have some property management experience since graduating.
Accounts Payable Clerk (Bristol)
The maintenance of an efficient accounts payable system, including the payment of Clients suppliers accounts in accordance with agreed credit terms. Ensure that all invoices are entered daily on the invoice register. Complete weekly computer cheque run. Reconcile supplier statements and any other ad-hoc duties. You should also be able to work well in a team environment, have a good eye for detail and good knowledge of excel.

Regional Facilities Manager - (Midlands Based)
Responsibility for the day to day provision of repair, maintenance and other services to a variety of commercial properties. 5 years experience working in a similar environment is essential. Applicants must also have an understanding of engineering, experience in dealing with plant and equipment, and knowledge of managing and reviewing all types of FM service contracts and be familiar with H&S implications.
