Summary:

Workman was appointed on behalf of North Somerset District Council to prepare Schedules of Condition for Leisure Centres operated by external service providers. These were to be attached to leases to restrict repairing obligations. The Schedules provided a detailed record of the construction of the premises on an elemental basis; the condition of the described elements of construction; a photograph recording the condition; and a floor plan for orientation.
