Summary:

The property, located in the West End of London, comprises an office headquarters on ground and nine upper floors.

Workman was appointed to undertake a review of the tenant’s proposals in respect of an extensive multi million pound fit out together with the construction of a glazed atrium.

The tenant had not finalised its proposals prior to the date works were due to start since the contract had been let on a Design & Build basis. As a result a phased approach to the Licence was adopted. Workman monitored the works as they progressed on site and liaised with the tenant’s consultant team and solicitors to formulate and agree the documentation to be attached to the licence.
