Workman was instructed to compile a rolling programme of Fire Insurance Valuations across the portfolio, with each property being reviewed every fifth year. The programme is reviewed annually to take account of property additions and disposals, and construction projects within the portfolio.

Workman Building Surveyors liaised with their Property Management colleagues to establish responsibilities under individual leases in terms of frequency of valuations, exclusions to cover and fee recoverability.
