Summary:

The project comprised the construction of a new 3,200 square feet A3 retail unit.

The new retail unit was constructed within a 14 week programme to enable occupation by the tenant in advance of key handover dates specified within the Agreement for Lease.

The site included a cinema and other A3 retail uses with high levels of pedestrian and vehicular traffic and careful programming and site logistics were required to keep the park fully operational throughout.

Workman’s involvement included liaison with the proposed tenant throughout the project and discharging of pre-agreed conditions within the Agreement for Lease.

Post construction, Workman’s duties included approval and monitoring of the tenant’s fit-out.
