Summary:

The property is situated on an industrial estate on the outskirts of Trowbridge in Wiltshire, comprising a warehouse and manufacturing facility with ancillary office space totalling 102,731 square feet.

Workman was appointed to diagnose the cause of the persistent flooding within the warehouse during periods of high intensity rainfall. Workman’s CAD department mapped the drainage system and undertook a topographical survey. Workman coordinated a CCTV survey and prepared a defects report.

Following the surveys and findings of the defect report, alterations to the drainage system were designed to prevent recurrence of the flooding of the unit. The works were then administered on site by Workman.
