Summary:

The property is situated in the City of Glasgow and comprises 10 units of retail warehousing, totalling 178,547 square feet and 851 car parking spaces.

Workman Retail was appointed to undertake a pre-acquisition survey, to assist with due diligence and advise on potential future management issues and strategy. Following completion Workman Retail has taken on the management service for the 10 retail warehouse units, the common areas and to provide pro-active service charge budgeting. Workman has also been instructed on the management of the common responsibilities of the two adjacent units outside the client’s ownership to provide continuity of service, to look at the future infrastructure rationale for the whole area and to devise a better flow arrangement around the site.

Workman Building Consultancy was appointed to undertake a comprehensive pre-acquisition survey and advise on potential future re-development/development opportunities.
